Map of mushroom places in the Kemerovo region
Climatic features
Daylight hours in this area lasts from 6 hours 57 minutes in December to 17 hours 37 minutes in June.
Sharp temperature changes prevail, in summer it can be 38 ° С, and in winter it can drop to -57 ° С.
These places are mountainous, due to the presence of mountain ranges on the territory, the precipitation is uneven. In some areas, the thickness of the snow cover reaches 300 cm. Most of this territory is occupied by forest-steppe, where birch and aspen thickets grow. They are rich in mushroom harvests.
Varieties of mushrooms
A wide variety of mushrooms is found in these places.
The most common are:
- milk mushrooms;
- mushrooms;
- boletus;
- chanterelles;
- White mushroom;
- champignons.
Mushroom places
Milk mushrooms
They are well suited for salting. Their favorite place is near birches in fallen leaves. When looking for them, a comfortable stick will greatly help. There is an option to stumble upon a false species, but it is not poisonous. It is simply distinguished by its inexpressive taste. Mushrooms can be found near the village of Glubokoe, Kemerovo region.
Honey mushrooms
There are a huge number of recipes for their use. They have excellent taste in boiled, fried, pickled form.
In nature, they grow on stumps, trunks and roots near deciduous and coniferous trees. This greatly facilitates their collection, since they usually grow in families. From one place you can gain several kilograms of delicacies. There is a danger of confusing them with poisonous counterparts.
Important differences:
- honey mushrooms grow on wood;
- twins are brighter in color, there are no scales and rings on the legs.
They can be collected in all the vicinity of Kemerovo.
Oil
Butters are universal in preparation
They are also eaten boiled, fried and stewed. When washing, it is important to thoroughly clean the cap of mucus. They grow in coniferous forests. There is a double, but it is not dangerous, only less tasty. It's pretty easy to tell them apart:
- the flesh of the double turns red in the damaged area, in the present - the color does not change;
- the double has a gray hat at the bottom instead of yellow, and the hymenophore is represented by plates, not spongy;
- the hat has a purple tint;
- the leg is purple in color and turns very yellow at the cut.
Irina Selyutina (Biologist):
In addition to differences in the color and structure of the hymenophore, the false oiler has a loose structure of the pulp, which, with slight pressure, immediately begins to crumble. This sharply distinguishes it from a real oiler, which has a dense and elastic mycelium that forms the fruiting body.
Sometimes a spruce mushroom is called a false oiler. It is found in spruce and mixed young forests. According to the description, it has a grayish mucous cap and a lamellar hymenophore. However, according to the categories of edibility, it is classified as a rare little-known conditionally edible mushroom. But it is better to refuse to collect such mushrooms and be extremely careful so that a false oiler does not accidentally fall on the table. Even alone it can cause a lot of problems.
Real boletus can be collected in large quantities near the village of Berezovka near the village of Zelenogorsk.
Chanterelles
They are in demand for housewives, they are used in all dishes, except for salting. They are found in a wide variety of places, and a very small percentage of them are affected by worms. They have a doppelganger that can negatively affect digestion. The twin is different:
- disgusting smell;
- he has a bright hat.
Chanterelles are attractive because they grow throughout the Kemerovo region.
White mushrooms
Borovik is the king of mushrooms. It will become an unforgettable decoration for any feast. It can be seen in various forests besides wetlands. Has a double that is highly poisonous and can lead to serious poisoning.
They have certain differences:
- the double on the leg has a mesh pattern;
- the flesh of the twin becomes red or pinkish-brown when broken.
Irina Selyutina (Biologist):
It is not for nothing that the gall mushroom got its second name - gorchak. In addition to the fact that it is a double boletus, it is very often confused by novice mushroom pickers with boletus. Then you need to pay attention to the surface of the leg - in the false mushroom, the entire surface is covered with a dark cellular mesh, and in the boletus on the leg there are white or dark scales that make its surface look like a birch trunk.
They should be collected near the village of Borovoy, Chebulinsky District, Kemerovo Region.
Champignons
These mushrooms are eaten raw (but only very fresh in salads), pickled and fried. They are very popular due to their taste. They are found in pastures where livestock is located. They have a poisonous twin (pale toadstool). Their differences:
- the champignon has light brown plates under the cap, and the toadstool has white;
- if damaged, the original changes color (turns red or yellow), but the toadstool does not change color;
- the original has a subtle almond aroma, and the toadstool has no smell.
They grow in the Leninsk-Kuznetsky district.
